By downloading, installing, or using the Burn Fat Up application ("App", "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Burn Fat Up ("we", "us", "our"). By tapping "I Accept" during registration or continuing to use the App after any updates to these Terms, you confirm your acceptance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms.
4.1. Subscription Plans. Burn Fat Up offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.
4.2. Automatic Renewal. All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.3. Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
4.4. Payment Processing. All billing is processed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Their respective payment terms and policies apply. We do not store your payment information directly.
4.5. Promotional Pricing. Any promotional or introductory pricing is temporary and does not establish a precedent for future billing periods. Promotional prices are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers.
4.6. In-App Credits. Any AI credits or virtual currency — whether purchased, granted as part of your free daily quota, or earned by watching a rewarded video ad — have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or inherited. Purchased credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits earned via ads or free quota are granted at our sole discretion and may be adjusted, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
4.7. Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and contest the chargeback.
If we offer a free trial, it is available once per person, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination without refund. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6.1. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
6.2. Refunds for Digital Content. AI-generated recipes and meal plans are digital content delivered immediately upon request. Once AI credits have been used to generate content, they are consumed and non-refundable.
6.3. EU Consumer Rights. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, by expressly requesting immediate access to digital content (AI recipe generation, premium features) at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed or the digital content has been delivered. This waiver is explicitly confirmed by your use of the Service immediately upon purchase.
6.4. Account Termination for Violations. If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period.
6.5. Exceptional Refunds. Refund requests in exceptional circumstances may be submitted to our support team at support@burnfatup.app. We reserve sole discretion to approve or deny refund requests outside of those required by applicable law.
The meal plans, recipes, and nutritional information generated by our AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify nutritional information with a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
Burn Fat Up is NOT a medical application. The content provided is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any diet or exercise program.
If you have any medical conditions, food allergies, or dietary restrictions, consult a healthcare professional before following any meal plans generated by the App. We expressly disclaim all liability for any health-related consequences arising from use of the App.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Some ads are "rewarded" ads — watching one to completion grants in-app AI credits, at our sole discretion (see Section 4.6). We do not create, endorse, or control the content of third-party advertisements, and we are not responsible for any products, services, websites, or claims advertised through the App. Interacting with an ad may take you to a third-party website or app outside our control.
Ads are not intended for children, and we apply age-appropriate content settings with our ad partners. You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings — see our Privacy Policy for details.
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Burn Fat Up or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Burn Fat Up and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
The App is available for download in multiple countries. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with such mandatory rights, the mandatory rights prevail to the extent of the conflict.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law or the mandatory rights described in Section 15.
